Tougo Miyoshi (三善 十悟 Miyoshi Tougo?) is a mild-mannered man who serves as the chief of the Clairvoyance Division which function as the Onmyo Agency's intelligence section. He is member of the Twelve Divine Generals nicknamed "Divine Eye". Despite being a First Class Onmyouji his combat skills are comparatively weak, however his true value lies in his unnaturally powerful Spirit Sight that can perceive one's surroundings and to breakdown almost any spell.
