Yoshitaka Makihara (牧原 義隆 Makihara Yoshitaka?) was a member of the Twin Horn Syndicate and Mutobe's friend.
Unlike the others, he is way less fanatic than the others, who are blinded by that.
He was killed by Takiko Souma, disguised as Atsune Hirata inside the Shinjuku Branch where he was working.
